Change the default language of your digital assistant’s interface

Tactful’s AI can easily detect your customers’ language.

However, you may like to set a default language displayed when your customer interacts with your brand for the first time.

Change the default language

1. On the left menu, click on Configuration > Language Settings.
2. Find the Default Language option.
3. Select your default language from the dropdown menu.
4. Save changes.

ℹ️ When you create a new business account over Tactful AI for the first time, you will be asked to set your default language, and you can always change it from the Configuration > Language Settings page.
