Enabling Natural Language Understanding

This feature allows the AI Bot to understand human language and answer customer questions.

To enable the AI Bot to understand customers’ language:

  1. On the left menu, click on Configuration.
  2. Go to Artificial Intelligence.
  3. Check the box next to Natural Language Understanding.
  4. Save Changes.

⚠️ Turning OFF this option will make the AI Bot struggle to understand customer conversations. Conclusively, your brand will deliver a poor experience to your customers. Use it with caution.
