This feature allows the AI Bot to understand human language and answer customer questions.
To enable the AI Bot to understand customers’ language:
- On the left menu, click on Configuration.
- Go to Artificial Intelligence.
- Check the box next to Natural Language Understanding.
- Save Changes.
