Manage your customers’ ordering experience from a single dashboard, in this article you are going to learn how to customize & optimize your customers’ shopping experience.
How to access Ordering Skill Settings
On the left menu, click on Settings then Skills then Ordering.
Enable/disable ordering through chat
The Enable Orders option will turn on/off the ability for customers to place orders & have a checkout experience. Simply customers will not find the buy or purchase button when this option is disabled.
ℹ️ By default, this option is turned ON.
ℹ️ Turning OFF this option will NOT hide your products or services, customers will be able to browse products & services you offer but will not be able to place orders. Check out Browsing Settings to hide your listings.
How to pause accepting orders temporary
Using & turning OFF the Enable Receiving Transactions option will prevent customers to place orders & checkout when they use the buy or purchase button.
ℹ️ By default, this option is turned ON
How to set a minimum charge on ordering
Using the Minimum Charge option will prevent customers from placing orders below this value in your currency.
ℹ️ By default, this option is blank, which means there is no minimum ordering value and customers.
Setting up your working hours
Using the option Working Hours has an effect on your customers’ checkout experience; it’s used as an FAQ when users ask about your working hours in the chat, then the Bot will reply for example: “Our store is open from 8 am to 4 pm”. Keep in mind that your customers can’t make transactions outside these working hours you set.
When can your business receive orders
Using the option Working Hours also sets the period when your business can accept orders. If your business accepts orders 24/7, keep these options OFF.
ℹ️ By default, these options are OFF, which means your business can accept orders 24/7.
Allow customers to pickup orders from the store instead of getting orders delivered
Use the Collect option to give your customers the option to request collecting orders themselves from your store.
Offer delivery to your customer’s address
Turn on the Delivery option to give your customers the option to request delivery to their addresses, also you can set the delivery fees in your business’s currency using the Delivery Charges option.
ℹ️ Keeping the Delivery Charges blank will apply ZERO cost on delivery.

Allow customers specify delivery date/time
Use the options Transaction Day & Transaction Time to grant your customer the option to set the period in hours & days when they can receive the orders.
How long does it take your team on average to deliver orders?
When your team turns the status of the order into “in-progress” status, customers can go back anytime & track the status of the order & AI Bot will inform them that they will receive it in x amount of time. You can use the Average Delivery Duration option to set how long on average does it take your operations team to deliver orders.
ℹ️ Your team can set a custom duration for each order at a time when they update the status of the transactions into “in-progress” & it can be in minutes, hours or days.
Collect customers feedback
Turn on the option Take feedback After Making Order to ask customers to leave their feedback after placing & receiving orders.
