Automatically reply to customers greetings with meaningful messages

Greetings skill settings allows you to enable adding custom greeting messages and greeting cards.

Hence, welcoming customers each time they contact your business with a greeting like “Hi,” “Hey,” “Hello,” and so on.

How to access Greetings Skill Settings

On the left menu, click on ConfigurationSkills, then Greetings.

Enable Greeting Skill

Turn on this option to trigger a greeting over the web chat on your website. This will display a greeting message when customers click start or new order.

ℹ️ You can customize the message from the language editor page.

Enable Greeting Card

Turn on this option to trigger a greeting card over Facebook messenger. This will display a card after the greeting message. The card will have 3 functioning buttons (New order, Offers, About). Button labels can be customized from skills editor page.
