The Editor Skill allows you to change the copywriting & messages addressed to your customers, giving you endless space to adjust based on your brand’s voice & tone.

This article shows you how to edit any message using the Skills Editor, so let’s get started.

How to access Editor Skill Settings

On the left menu, click Configuration, then Channels.

Afterward, choose your desired channel, then open the Language Editor tab.

Editing messages

There are several types of messages in the editor settings skill (e.g. Greeting, Persistent Menu, Browse, Search, Order, Leads, About, Delivery, Quantity, Track, Help, Note, Time, Custom, Feedback, Livechat, Error, Telecom, Others, and Demo Messages).

To edit any type of messages

  1. Click the pen icon next to the message.
  2. A pop-up window will appear to edit the message.
  3. Click the Save button.

Using Dynamic Tags

Tags are code snippets that contain custom information about each business – the info changes according to customers and companies.
