Going to Agent Desktop
To go to the Agent Desktop:
- Select your workspace. It’ll direct you to the Dashboard.
- Click on Agent Desktop.
- Click on Notes.
- Type the note you want to add to the customer’s conversation.
• Notes are highlighted in purple for you and other agents to see.
• Customers can’t see these notes; they are only visible for the agents.
